Percutaneous vascular procedures can be performed in the Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology, OR, and office-based labs. Staff responsible for coding and billing must understand CPT guidelines, Medicare National & Local Coverage Determinations as well as National Correct Coding Initiative (NCCI) instructions and other payer policies.
