Professional Fee Consultant

We are currently seeking a professional fee documentation and coding consultant to conduct compliance audits (E&M, CPT procedures, and ICD-10-CM diagnosis coding) to determine whether services have been reported in a manner consistent with official reporting requirements.

Our professional fee consultants conduct in-depth evaluation of documentation adequacy and coding accuracy and for accurate reimbursement and risk adjustment. Providing effective client education is a cornerstone of ACS services. Consultants conduct online seminars, provide classroom education, and one-on-one education for providers, coders, and CDI (Clinical Documentation Integrity) specialists. The consultant is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and presenting data for hospital leadership, as well as compiling client official reports with a recommended action plan. Our consultants must be able to work without direct supervision and understand the need for professionalism and ethics in all situations.
